Question: How long will parts be available for the RapidView system I just purchased?

Answer: IBAK has a 10 year spare parts availability guarantee. IBAK is still offering parts for system purchased in the 1980's. With over 80% of all parts manufactured in house, we are able to ensure you will have parts when you need them.


Question: How long does it take RapidView to complete a repair once I ship in my equipment?

Answer: RapidView can typically turn around repairs in one day. If you ship your equipment to us via UPS, we receive the product by 10:00 AM and can ship it back via UPS at 5:00 PM. We do have repairs that we would like to cycle test longer, but we usually ship them back the next day.


Question: Will RapidView have the spare parts that I need or will they need to be shipped from Germany?

Answer: RapidView stocks over $1 million dollars in spare and replacement parts inventory. Over 99% of repairs are completed from parts in stock and require no wait time for delivery from Germany.


Question: Does RapidView train end users how to repair equipment?

Answer: Yes! Every other year RapidView hosts a free 2 day customer appreciation party / training event at our Rochester, Indiana facility called SeptemberFest. We have dozens of technical sessions that provides you hands-on training for nearly any repair. RapidView also hosts training events throughout North America at dealer locations.
