RapidView, LLC has formed a business partnership with several manufacturers of high quality sewer pipeline maintenace products, including our primary product line from IBAK Helmut Hunger GmbH & Co. KG of Kiel Germany, a manufacturer of high quality CCTV pipeline inspection systems since 1957. Rapidview Inspection Systems imports, distribute and services the complete IBAK camera inspection product line, ProKASRO redevelopment robotics, and CD Lab's WinCan software within North America from their Rochester, Indiana facility.

Founded in 1991, R&R Visual has been developing and providing unique inspection solutions to the nuclear, petrochemical, industrial and municipal sewer industries. RapidView has designed and marketed the first practical sonar inspection system or sonar profiling for use in liquid filled pipelines. The success of the company was not only based on the construction and sale of sonar units, but by practical use applications in the field to provide previously unattainable pipeline assessment data. We have strived to be a single source for subsurface inspection equipment, utilizing the latest in technology coupled with a full staff of trained professionals. Training
Your RapidView representative will deliver your
equipment and provide training to your employees in
actual pipeline conditions. What better way to learn
how to use the equipment than using it in the field like
you will each day? During this training your
representative will train your team on the safe control
and operation of your system and any short-term and
long-term maintenance that may be required. Your
representative will be an invaluable resource and will
be available to help answer any questions you might

Spare Parts
Even the most highly engineered piece of equipment
can experience breakdowns. We understand that
when your equipment is down, you are losing
productivity. Municipalities begin to fall behind
schedule and contractors loose money when their
equipment does not work correctly. RapidView IBAK
USA and its regional service centers stock spare parts
and equipment in an effort to ensure that you remain
in operation. Most repairs are completed within 48
hours from the receipt of equipment, and loaner
equipment is often available for warranty claims.
